AI Transparency

We work with artificial intelligence (AI). This page discloses where and how, in line with the transparency obligations of Art. 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).

Last updated: September 2026

In short

  • There is no AI chatbot on this website. The chat window is a fixed, pre-programmed inquiry form.
  • Our blog articles are drafted with AI and reviewed, edited and approved by Saad Dyab.
  • Some images and the video in the chat window are AI-generated. They are labelled directly on the image or video.
  • People read and answer your inquiries. No automated decisions are made about you.

Text and blog articles

We create drafts of our blog articles with AI assistance. Before publication, every article is reviewed, edited and approved by Saad Dyab, who holds editorial responsibility.

Articles list "Jessica" for copy editing. Jessica is not a real person but our AI assistant. She checks drafts for clarity, structure and claims that need a source. This is labelled directly on each article.

Images

The following images are AI-generated and labelled "AI-generated" on the image: the team pictures of "Mia" and "Alex" on the About page and the cover images of our blog categories.

Mia and Alex represent our AI agent and AI assistant. They are not real people. Saad and Adam from our team are real people.

The website screenshots in our case studies are genuine captures of projects we built.

Chat and contact

The chat window on this website is a fixed, pre-programmed inquiry form. You are not talking to an AI there.

The short video in the chat icon shows "Mia". It is AI-generated, does not show a real person and is labelled "AI video" directly on the video.

If we introduce an AI chat in the future, we will state directly in the chat that you are interacting with an AI (Art. 50(1) AI Act).

Inquiries and decisions

People read and answer the inquiries sent through our forms. We do not make solely automated decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Which services process personal data in the process is set out in our privacy policy.

AI in our client projects

When we build AI systems for clients, such as chatbots, phone agents or content automation, we build in the transparency obligations of Art. 50 AI Act: telling people they are interacting with an AI and labelling AI-generated content.
